In June 2017, Learfield acquired Spectra’s Ticketing & Fan Engagement division—formerly known as Paciolan—from Comcast Spectacor. Learfield restored its former name, Paciolan, which is a recognized leader in ticketing, fundraising, marketing, and analytics solutions with over 37 years of experience serving more than 500 live entertainment organizations. Paciolan enables the sale of more than 120 million tickets per year by powering over 120 college athletic programs, more than 100 professional sports and arenas organizations, 75 performing arts venues, and several regional ticketing partners who serve hundreds of venues.

In an effort to best assist universities with precise understanding of their fans through data analytics, Learfield and the Kraft Analytics Group (KAGR) formed a joint venture, KLEARintel, which was formally introduced in September 2016. This strategic venture is allowing universities like Mississippi State to take advantage of KAGR’s proprietary software, data warehouse, predictive analytics and targeted marketing services. KAGR is working closely with Mississippi State Athletics to elevate their knowledge of the Bulldog faithful – ultimately putting the school in a position to be more focused in their fan communication and engagement.
