A lot of people within our company have invested many years in Learfield. For many of them, their connection to the company goes well beyond the paycheck. It’s a cultural thing. We strive to be honest, encourage each other, serve our clients and the community excellently and have FUN! As we have grown, it’s been more and more important that we are proactive with respect to culture. As any company can attest, it’s not hard with just a few employees. However, when you have hundreds of folks in different places, it requires a bit more thought and structure with the hope that the efforts don’t feel overly “corporate.”
Besides our efforts to hire really fun people, we’ve implemented a few initiatives to help us continue to build our culture and achieve our mission.
