Learfield Sports’ Highlights Usage Policy
Any media outlet or organization that wishes to use sound from a Learfield Sports broadcast (highlights, coaches/players interviews, etc.) must have express written consent from Learfield Sports. This includes usage in live reporting or pre-produced audio/video packages. Live cut-ins to any of Learfield Sports’ broadcasts without express written consent is prohibited. When using sound from a Learfield Sports broadcast, proper credit to the play-by-play announcer and Learfield Sports must be given. Sound from Learfield Sports’ broadcasts may not be distributed via the internet, wireless or any other forms of media now known or created hereafter. Learfield Sports’ sound may not be altered in any way. Any questions regarding this policy should be directed to Broadcast Manager Tom Boman at tboman@learfieldsports.com.
