BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – CSU Bakersfield Athletics will be more visible while on the road for the next three seasons due to a new partnership with charter company, Orange Belt Stages, as announced today by Roadrunner Sports Properties.
The multi-year agreement identifies Orange Belt as the official charter company of the Roadrunners which includes a custom CSUB Roadrunners bus featuring CSUB imagery and logos. The 45-foot bus seats 56 passengers, is outfitted with WiFi and will be reserved for CSUB teams during various seasons of competition. When the Roadrunners are not using the bus, Orange Belt will charter it to other groups, allowing for even more exposure for CSUB Athletics during the hundreds of trips taken each year by Orange Belt clients.
Learfield’s Roadrunner Sports Properties is the multimedia rights holder for CSU Bakersfield Athletics and secured the Orange Belt relationship on behalf of the university. The new affiliation with Orange Belt addresses the travel needs for student-athletes while providing a key exposure element for the CSUB Roadrunners brand.

Orange Belt Stages was founded in 1916 and provides charter services based out of Bakersfield, Visalia and Fresno. The company also operates Orange Belt Adventures, which along with scheduled and charter services, allows customers to enjoy scenic destinations across California and the U.S.
