“We are very excited to have the opportunity to host the coaches’ radio shows this year and for many years to come,” said Pete Bassett, a Texas A&M former student ‘80 and vice president of operations for Rudy’s Bar-B-Q. “Rudy’s has supported Texas A&M Athletics on many levels for many years, and we are pleased to be able to continue that support by hosting these shows.”

“There is nothing more synonymous with the state of Texas than barbecue,” said Jason Cook, Texas A&M’s senior associate athletics director for external affairs. “Rudy’s provides the perfect venue for all of our coaches shows in terms of good food, ample space and a great staff. We look forward to re-launching the shows for the 2015-16 season with an excellent partner of Texas A&M Athletics.”

“Rudy’s has been a great supporter of Texas A&M Athletics for many years now, so it’s fitting that they would step up and become the new location for the coaches’ radio shows,” said Texas A&M Sports Properties General Manager Eric Buchanan. “I’m confident they will provide an electric atmosphere each week for our coaches and Aggie fans.”
