COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Texas A&M Sports Properties, a property of Learfield Sports and the exclusive multimedia rights holder for Texas A&M University Athletics, announced today that two Cumulus-owned stations in Beaumont/Port Arthur will officially be Aggie radio affiliates for the next three years.

Beginning with the upcoming 2012-’13 football season, SPORTS RADIO 1450 am / 1510 am (KIKR and KBED) will broadcast all Texas A&M football and men’s basketball as well as a certain number of women’s basketball and baseball games. Additionally, the CBS Sports’ affiliate will carry the respective, one-hour Aggie coaches’ shows during football and basketball seasons and the yearlong Aggie Daily Show.

The three-year agreement with Cumulus calls for SPORTS RADIO 1450 am / 1510 am to be on the Texas A&M Sports Network through the 2015-’16 athletic season. The radio network, including securing all talent and station affiliates, is overseen by Texas A&M Sports Properties.
